Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of twohandtime.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Two Hand Time LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“Two Hand Time,” “2HT,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our products are designed for children, but they’re sold to adults.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because our games are made from natural wood, grain, color and texture will vary from piece to piece, and that variation isn’t a defect. Always follow the age grading and any warnings included with a product.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel an order, including if a product was listed at an incorrect price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we ship it. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We don’t store your full card details. By submitting payment, you confirm you’re authorized to use that payment method.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.

6. Email and communications

If you create an account, place an order or join our email list, you agree that we can contact you electronically about your order and, if you opted in, about new products and news. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

7. Intellectual property

Everything on the Site, including the Two Hand Time and 2HT names and logos, product names such as PicTumble and GrainGrid, text, graphics, illustrations and photos, belongs to Two Hand Time LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, sell or reuse our content or designs without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the Site. That includes trying to break or bypass its security, scraping it, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for anything unlawful.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or ideas, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share them in connection with our business. Please only submit content you have the right to share, and please don’t submit photos that identify a child without a parent or guardian’s permission.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Site and our products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection or product safety laws that can’t be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Hand Time will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed and use of the Site after that date.
