Two Hand Time LLC (“Two Hand Time,” “2HT,” “we,” “us” or “our”) runs twohandtime.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run the shop and stay in touch with you, and we don’t sell your information.

• Orders: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and order details.
• Accounts: if you create one, your login details and order history.
• Email list: your email address (and first name, if you share it) when you sign up for updates.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or mail, such as questions or return requests.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site automatically receives basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the site that referred you. Our store uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your session, keep checkout secure, and understand how visitors find us.

Payment information

Payments are handled by third-party processors such as Stripe and PayPal. Your full card number goes directly to them. We never see or store it.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job. That includes our web host, payment processors, shipping carriers, email service providers, the e-commerce software that powers our store, and the advertising and analytics partners described below. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.

We never sell your personal information to data brokers or for money. Some of our advertising and analytics partners receive information about your visit, as described below.

Email marketing

If you join our list, we’ll send occasional emails about new games, launches and play ideas. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.

Advertising and analytics

We use cookies, pixels and similar tools from advertising and analytics partners such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and Pinterest. These tools collect information about your visit, like pages viewed, items added to your cart, purchases, and device and browser details. Our partners use it to measure how our ads perform and to show you 2HT ads on other sites and apps.

Under some state privacy laws, this can count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information, or as “targeted advertising.” We never sell your information to data brokers or for money.

Your choices: You can block third-party cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust your ad preferences directly with Meta, Google and Pinterest.

Cookies and your choices

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block the essential ones, parts of the store such as the cart and checkout may not work.

Children’s privacy

Many of our games are made for kids, but this Site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We keep email list information until you request us to delete it. Other information is kept only as long as it’s useful for the purposes above.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email james@twohandtime.com. We’ll respond within the time required by law and won’t treat you differently for making a request. We may need to verify your identity first.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top shows when it last changed.
